Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks is an American actor who is most well-known for her performance as Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of AMC's period drama series Mad Men (2007-2015). The series won her critical appreciation and the show received six Emmy award nominations in the best supporting actress category. Through her professional career, which has spanned over two decades she has also become known for her work on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. As a film actress, she has been noted as the voice of Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers: Prey in the Night Egg as well as American Woman. Additionally, she's recorded her voice on animated films like From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! Her career began in modeling, and she continued to do it for years until her debut as an actor on TV with Undressed, a 1999 television series. Her first substantial role came in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers following which was also recognized for her performance in the hit show Firefly. Esquire magazine chose her to be the Sexiest Woman on Earth and Best-Looking American Woman for the year 2010.
